Last week we started researching Canadian animals. We are using a Wiki http://mrswatson123.wikispaces.com/ to record all of our information. Over the next few weeks we will collect information about the animals we chose and will create Power Point presentations. Here are two Wall Wishers we created. We would love other people to add stickies to our “walls” as well.

Thanks for your comment, it is great to hear from you! We all enjoyed our Easter holidays very much, the Easter Bunny visited us all! Now we are happy to be back at school for Term 2. The first week of term was very exciting because we finally got our Interactive Whiteboard! We also like using our IWB during Maths, Reading, Writing, Integrated Studies and of course looking at blogs!
What a great idea to look up our school on Google Earth! Yes, our school is very big! But we do not have a swimming pool! Maybe you thought our LINC building (which is a big gym) was actually a pool! We would love to look up your school on Google Earth. We know you live in the British Columbia, Canada, but what is the actual name of your school?
Your “Animals” topic looks like lots of fun, I bet you are learning so much about Canadian animals. We are going to look at your WallWisher to learn about the animals too.
We are learning about Food for a couple more weeks. Today we made strawberry yoghurt using a yoghurt maker, we can’t wait to taste it tomorrow! On Friday we are having a “Fruit and Veg” morning. Everyone has to bring in a fruit or vegetable and we will share them to taste different foods.
We will have to organise a Skype session with you!
