  1. Hi Mrs Watson and the 1/2/3s,

Thank you so much for your video, we loved it!! It was great to see you all in your school to see what your faces look like and what your school looks like.

We really love your forrest, how amazing you get to play in such a great forrest at school! We think it’s cool you get to run laps around your whole school. We couldn’t really do that because our school is so big!

We think it’s very interesting that you get to go home for lunch! We don’t have that rule here at our school. It’s cool that we like some of the same books as you do.

Is it hard for your students to decide what to wear every day, as you don’t have a school uniform like us?

Thanks again for the great video, we loved watching it and hearing your voices! 🙂

  2. Hi Mrs W and the1/2/3’s,

Thanks for making such a wonderful video for our grade!
We do not have a class pet in our grade. What type of class pet do you have? I think it is cool that you get to play in a forrest! We like to read Zac Power and Rainbow Magic books like you do.

Hope we can make a video again soon!
    Your friend in 2KJ, Amelia!:-)

    • Dear Amelia,
I am so glad that you liked the video. Our forest is definitely a special part of our school. We feel lucky to have it. What is your playground like?

Right now we just have the aquarium in the classroom. We have tadpoles and snails living in it. The tadpoles have legs now.

I hope that we can make another video for you too. We only have just over a month of school left before our summer break.

      Talk to you again soon,
      Mrs.W

  3. Hi Mrs W,

Thanks for the repliy! Our playground has a fireman pole, a slide, a bridge and stairs. We have five playgrounds in our school, it is pretty big! WOW! The tadpoles will soon turn into frogs! I learned about life cycles last year. I also learnt the tadpole to frog life cycle!

    Talk to you soon!
    Your blogging buddy Amelia!:-)

    • Dear Amelia,

Your playground sounds wonderful. We don’t have a bridge or stairs, but we do have a fireman pole and a slide. 5 playgrounds, WOW! Are you allowed to play on all of them or are they for certain grades?

I really like learning about life cycles. Did you have a favourite life cycle that you learned about?

      Have a great weekend,
      Mrs. W

  4. Dear Mrs. Watson and the 1/2/3s,

What a fantastic video you created! I love the enthusiasm, especially with the song at the end! 🙂

You mentioned that some kids go home for lunch. How long is your lunch break?

    Thanks for a great post!

    • Dear Mrs. Yollis,
Thank you so much for leaving us a comment on our blog. We had a lot of fun making our first video.

Our lunch break is 45 minutes long. We can either go home or bring a pack a lunch to eat at school. We get 15 minutes to eat and then we go outside to play. Mrs. W and a couple of the students go home for lunch, but most of us stay at school. We also get a recess break for 15 minutes at 10:30. What breaks do you get?

  5. Dear Mrs. W and 123’s,

I am so glad I found your blog through 2KJ!

I loved watching your video. It is very cool that you have a forest to play in, my third grade students would love that. And what a beautiful forest it is! What kind of trees are those? The trunks look very large.

I have also been enjoying checking out your amazing glogs about all the different animals. We will spend a lot of time next week really exploring your blog. I look forward to learning more about your school and your learning. Keep up the great work!

    Sincerely,
    Mr. Salsich
